Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is one of the most severe complications following kidney transplantation. The incidence of this disease in kidney transplant recipients exhibits a bimodal distribution, with the highest occurrence rates observed during the first year and the tenth year post-transplantation. This article reports seven cases of PTLD in kidney transplant recipients, detailing their diagnostic and therapeutic processes. Among these cases, one patient experienced sudden-onset dyspnea during treatment and died despite rescue efforts, while another patient died due to causes unrelated to the treatment after the treatment cycle. The remaining five patients achieved excellent outcomes following therapeutic interventions.
