A Registered Nurse with over 30 years' NHS experience Anthony is a transformational leader who has held a number of leadership roles across the organisation, including leading the creation of NHSBT as the UK’s Organ Donation Organisation.  In 2018 Anthony was awarded HSJ Clinical Leader of the Year, and he was made a Fellow of the Royal College of Nursing in 2020 for his role in Nursing Leadership.
