Born in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. I worked for 20 years in the emergency and intensive care units of a general hospital in Fukuoka, serving in both clinical and managerial roles. During this time, I encountered the complexity and challenges of providing care to the families of organ donors. These experiences motivated me to pursue graduate studies in order to better support patients and their families, ultimately becoming a Certified Nurse Specialist in Critical Care Nursing.
Currently, I have transitioned to the field of education and research, focusing on nursing care related to organ transplantation. My work involves both teaching and conducting research in this specialized area.
